Triaxial Accelerometer

The MotionMaster, now including an angular rate sensor and triaxial accelerometer in the same package, like all of our recording systems, is stand-alone and battery powered. It is designed to measure shock, vibration, temperature and humidity, pressure, or resistance-bridge devices. It is very rugged and immune to angular rate errors caused by severe linear accelerations. Each EDR-6DOF MotionMaster is supplied with a specially designed and calibrated built-in triaxial accelerometer, and built-in angular rate sensor. The internal triaxial accelerometer and rate sensor are piezo-resistive devices, offering superior low frequency response characteristics and extremely low power consumption. Acceleration/rate recording can be configured for the internal channels of the triaxial accelerometer or up to 3 optional external inputs.
