Product Rental
Many times companies have unique, one time problems that do not justify the cost of purchasing a complete data recorder, logger or vibration monitor system. That is why IST maintains an extensive equipment rental inventory, which includes accelerometers, to accommodate customers who have short term data recording, logging or monitoring requirements. IST also has a Rental Credit Program that applies 50% of the rental cost towards the purchase of an acceleration, transportation, vibration, or impact data recorder.

NIST Traceable Recalibration
We recommend a yearly recalibration cycle for all IST data recorder systems including acceleration, impact, shock, transportation and vibration recorders, loggers and monitors. IST provides a complete recalibration service to help keep your recorder, logger or monitor system providing accurate results. IST has been certified to MIL-STD-45662A. All IST calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). We request customers get an RMA number by using our online Return Authorization Page, or contact IST Technical support via support@isthq.com, fax or phone to before returning equipment.

Standard Warranty
All IST data recorders, including acceleration, impact, shock, transportation and vibration, come with a full one year warranty, parts and labor. We request customers get an RMA number by using our online Return Authorization Page, or contact IST Technical support via e-mail, fax or phone to before returning equipment.

Extended Warranty
At the time of purchase, you may choose to extend the warranty coverage to two years or more. IST offers extended warranties for all recorder, logger and monitor systems. Extended warranties cover the cost of the recommended yearly recalibration.

Expedited Repairs & Recalibration
To assure the best possible turnaround time on non-warranty repairs and recalibrations for your acceleration, impact, shock, transportation and vibration logger, recorder or monitor system, IST offers an Expedite Service. IST will get your system back to you within days. Keep in mind that the availability of this service is subject to our production schedule, and the needs of our other customers. If we cannot return your unit as promised, the expedite fee is waived.

Maintenance Programs
For customers with large-scale shock, vibration, acceleration, transportation or impact monitoring needs, IST can structure a Maintenance Program for you. The Maintenance Program can be structured for your needs. Benefits your company will receive are:

• Quicker turnaround by eliminating processing steps and handling.
• Less expensive by providing calibration along with other maintenance steps usually provided inside your company.
• All the benefits of an internal maintenance facility -- All forms provided to match internal forms
